I had a great day Sunday along with 30 other “Indie” wedding vendors showcasing at the Wed by hand show in Ottawa. I brought along my trusty partner in crime/cousin/fellow photographer Timothy of www.whatistimco.com. If I am already booked for your event date- never fear cause Timco is here to save the day!! I was happy to meet so many brides and other great vendors. I will be sending out an info email to all the brides (hopefully reading this!) about the special I had running for the show. looking forward to shooting some Ottawa area weddings this summer! Now back to my crazy week and gearing up for some big stuff happening!
Due to overwhelming request for a later date to be set for the boudoir shoot (I ate too much over the holidays, I need to wax my eye brows and …, I need to get in shape, bla, bla, bla, We are moving the date to sometime in March or April so that you can have everything back to give as a wedding day present to your groom.
The issue at the moment seems to be finalizing the booking for the details of your wedding soooooo I am going to have a mini open house instead!
SATURDAY JAN 22nd at my studio with some of the vendors I love and work with. The wedding show is a little crazy and to get up close and personal this will be perfect. More details on monday!
Hello, I am writing to apologize for the mini mess I am making on my blog while things get updated! A new portrait website is on it’s way and hopefully will be up by the weekend. I have to get some kinks figured out with this new look but good things are coming!!

I don’t often show pictures of the inner workings of my life, cause if you know me-you can’t escape the rest of it! Today 3 years ago I spent the day in the hospital waiting for them to cut me open and retrieve my son!!! It was a crazy day, and to be honest kind of really terrible so at the moment I am never doing it again!. I know only children have it rough sometimes, but he is special and so far his life has not been rough thanks to the many friends who are a part of our beautiful family!! So Today my post is all about my greatest accomplishment as a human being-my son max. Time really goes sooo fast!

This is one of the sweetest little girls eva!!! Apolline is getting a new little brother shortly and so mom and dad came in for a quick session to capture the old before the new family makes it appearance any day now. Actually after a false alarm last night we are still on for our viewing session this afternoon. Gotta run!!
